One Day on Earth

Here’s your chance to participate on 10/10/10 in documenting the world’s story with One Day on Earth project in which thousands of participants worldwide will simultaneously film over a 24-hour period. They’ve built an interesting social networking platform, too. According to their site there are 449,862 students in 518 locations currently participating in the project.
