The Reading Kingdom is designed to work on all computer platforms and browsers. However, sometimes you might experience an issue in using the program which could be due to a software problem. Below we have listed a few troubleshooting tips that will hopefully resolve the problem.
Before doing any of the items below, reboot your computer. Follow the instructions carefully and do not have any other open programs or windows other than those required to complete the task.

We recommend using the free Firefox web browser. If you do not have it, you can download it here: http://www.mozilla.com/
The Reading Kingdom uses the Flash player and sometimes you can have a "buggy" Flash player installed on your computer. So a good thing to try is to uninstall your existing Flash player and install the latest version.
Uninstall the Flash player from your computer as per the instructions shown here.
(You will need to download and run the Adobe Flash uninstall program.)
After you have uninstalled the Flash player, reboot and then reinstall the latest free Flash player. You can get it here.
Clear your web browser cache (for the specific browser you are using). Here are instructions.
