New in the Reading Kingdom: Track Your Child’s Success

You spoke, and the Reading Kingdom listened!

Debra blogs at Footprints in the Butter. When she originally reviewed the online reading program, the Reading Kingdom, she had this to say:

I wish there was better reporting to the parents.  I don’t tend to watch my kids (past the pre-reading portion) which means I don’t actually know what they are working on.  I would like to have a better idea of what they have done and where they are going.

We heard Debra, and recently launched a new reporting system for parents and kids to easily track their progress.

Debra reviewed the Reading Kingdom again, and had this to say:

My older two are totally motivated by this little chart. They finish a lesson and instead of closing the computer and walking away, they wait for the page to load and announce to me every change in those percentage numbers.

In addition to this chart, we’ve also added a number of other reporting features. Now you can know exactly where your readers are in the program and how they are doing in each section and with each item in every section.
